- All of our products are custom handmade, So we cannot do each in the same size. Our measurement is just for reference only. Some of the flowers like Gypso / Orchid etc, branch is too long so we will bend them for the package,when you receive the products please straighten it! it will not affect the appearance.
- Due to difference between monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual colour of the item. we guarantee the style is the same as shown in the picture.
- Every Order dispatch time is 1 day either its first class or standard.
- Delivery may affect due to courier service delayed please wait 1/2 days extra, then contact us if still not received.
- If any item is damage or broken you should contact us with in no more than 1 working day, after that we not giving any replacement or refund/exchange.
- After place an order if some reason payment not cleared, we hold your order until we receive it.
